Our design fees range from $999 to $5,000 depending on complexity, such as basic layout plans versus detailed 3D renderings. If you move forward with a build through Terra Dura Landscapes, this design fee is credited toward your construction cost.

When can you start my project?

Design consultations are usually scheduled about a month out. Once your design and contract are finalized, construction generally begins within 1–2 months. Expect a full timeline of 1 to 3 months from initial contact to groundbreaking, depending on the season and demand.
